Introduction
AiSK chatbot allows users to chat with their proprietary data, ask questions and get answers with citations linking to their original data source. To build AiSK chatbot is requires organizing its knowledge layer by layer and make relationships among them as follows fig.
Create Source data → Create Knowledge bases → Create Chatbot
- Source data: Is a minimal data unit which can be a single pdf file or video script.
- Knowledge bases: Is composed of selected source data(>1) which is grouped as a particular knowledge unit.
- Chatbot: Is composed of knowledge bases(>1) which can be formed as a particular aspect of knowledge sets which provides abundant knowledge enough to answer a user's query.
